Noe served as the Legal Director for Tax Management Group in
San Diego, California.
- Prior to joining the company, Ms. Noe was
a Litigation Associate at Raleigh, Hunt & McGarry, P.C. and
Lee A. Drizin, Chtd. in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Since 1995, Ms. Noe has focused her
practice on real estate law and property taxation.
