- Mr. Nichols was a principal and COO for a Nevada-based
development company for 20-years. During his tenure, he was
responsible for several landmark developments of various
types totaling over $1-bil.
- Mr. Nichols provided complex forecasting and valuation
models used to procure over $600 million in
financing for development projects in Nevada.
- Mr. Nichols is qualified for a State of Nevada
Class “B” General Contractor’s license.
- As a consultant Mr. Nichols has provided
detailed analysis and development or repositioning
strategies to numerous developers and projects in Nevada.
