Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the
company.
- Representing clients in property tax matters in San Diego,
Riverside, San Bernardino and Clark Counties.
- Lobbying for new or revised legislation to ensure fair and
equitable assessment practices in Nevada and California.
Professional Experience:
- Mr.
Noe began his tenure in property taxes in 1986 at Tax
Management Group (TMG), in San Diego, CA. While at
TMG, he assisted in challenging the base year assessments
for all property held by the Irvine Company, in what was the
largest re-appraisal in California history.
- Mr.
Noe held the position of General Manager for TMG, overseeing
all aspects of the firm's operations, including managing the
team of consultants.
- Mr.
Noe founded Tax Review Group (formerly Tax Assessment Review) in 1992 and is
currently the Executive Director.
- Mr.
Noe has personally challenged assessments in every Southern
California county, as well as all major Nevada
counties resulting in millions of dollars in property tax
savings to his clients.
